Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiting Account Manager with Business Development and Cold Calling experience to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions within the construction industry, including but not limited to project managers, engineers, laborers, and administrative staff.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the construction sector to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive cold calling, networking, and relationship building.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial client engagement to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and facilitate the interview process.
• Utilize various recruiting platforms and tools to attract top talent and build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Full Desk Recruiter with a track record of success in business development and cold calling.
• Previous experience recruiting within the construction industry is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and candidates.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
