This is a new role and will evolve as our business and needs change, but it will include the following:

• Do whatever it takes to take care of our customers.
• Work as an advocate for our customers
• Work in an office on a computer to working in any area in the factory and anything and everything between.
• Collaborate directly with the President, Vice President, and others on projects as needed.
• Maintain primary production’s schedule.
• Track specific departments or shift’s production when needed.
• Filter, forward, and respond to Presidents emails when/as necessary.
• Complete errands such as picking up parts, running to a store, or ordering and picking up lunch.
• Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding customer satisfaction.
• Resolve issues preventing customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Adhere to all B & B policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
• All other duties as assigned.
