- Assist with monthly journal entries, and generating timely and accurate monthly financial statements by the 15th of the month.
- Responsible for monthly student billing including the accuracy and completeness of information and CLTS billing.
- Assist with external audits, including financial statements, workers compensation, funder/county, and 401k retirement.
- Ability to efficiently and accurately record the day-to-day activities of accounts payable, cash disbursements, cash receipts, investments, invoicing/billing, credit and collections, fixed asset records, and general ledger maintenance.
