Location: Onalaska, WI
Compensation Structure: Base salary Quarterly Profit Sharing
Total Compensation: $56,000 - $76,500 annually
Purpose & Summary: Dynamic is committed to maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity and accuracy. As a Corporate Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing various general accounting functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and supporting the Vice President, Finance and Accounting Supervisor in both daily tasks and special projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced accountant to contribute significantly to the financial operations of a multi-divisional company.
Responsibilities include:
Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required, with a minimum of three years of prior accounting experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in public accounting and assurance work.
Successful Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of GAAP, local, state, and federal tax laws, and integrated accounting systems. They should be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. The ability to maintain confidentiality, work collaboratively with various teams, and travel out of town is essential.
