BECOMING OUR LAWN MAINTENANCE TEAM LEAD

Schedule :

As a full-time seasonal Lawn Maintenance Team Lead, your workday will begin at 6 : 30 AM, Monday through Friday, with added flexibility for 40-55 hours per week.

Day-to-Day :

Every day, you'll drive our company truck and trailer to job sites, using a mobile app to track jobs and provide estimates.

From mowing and trimming to blowing and aerating, you'll lead your team in performing all lawn care services with precision and care.

Your strong leadership skills will inspire your crew to take pride in their work, ensuring every job is done efficiently and effectively.

With you on our team, each crew member knows where they need to be and what needs to get done.

Qualifications :

• 1 year of landscaping experience
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
