Position Summary:
Remotely performs specialized tasks involving two computer based telephone and information systems. Assist with in-coming telephone calls and visitor's seeking patient information and/or directions. Processes service work orders for Maintenance andTelecommunications using a computer based system. Dispatches all emergency code teams. Notifies and alerts all hospital personnel needed during internal and external disasters and exercises. Call Center for 21 departmental "On Call Schedules".
Position Qualification:
High School diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
