Job Description
Title: Field Training Supervisor
Reports To : Field Development Manager (FDM)
Job Purpose : To provide training, career development, and support to the Production Team.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
- Perform onboarding for new field associates
- Conduct training for field associates in remodeling skills, focusing on high efficiency and excellent quality in both group and individual settings
- Provide hands-on training at our training facility, on job sites, and in Mosby-owned houses
- Support the FDM with identifying, developing, and performing training programs for all field associates to generate higher productivity and safety
- Work with the production team to ensure training is performed and effective
- Communicate with production management, trainers, and field associates to ensure that all training needs are met
- Provide leadership and support to all field associates
- Assist PMs in staffing their jobs with high-caliber and appropriate talent specific to the job
- Support other training efforts as requested
Minimum Requirements :
- 10 years of remodeling experience
- Exceptional communication, motivational, and relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to multi-task
- Intermediate computer skills, with the ability to use or learn Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook proficiently.
- Advanced carpentry skills & ability to accurately read & interpret blueprints and scopes of work
- Have your own transportation, valid class E driver’s license, auto insurance, and ability to transport yourself and materials between job sites
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, work with your hands, climb ladders, and move 75 lbs. independently for extended periods of time
