TITLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
ABOUT THE JOB:
Seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for an AG company in the Central Valley. You will be responsible for coordinating activities between sales and operations, taking orders, entering them into the system, managing the orders through the shipping process, providing customer service, invoicing and assisting with resolving issues/errors throughout the life cycle of the order. Must be familiar with shipping forms, managing customer records/contracts and handling returns. Must have 3 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing/operations setting. Experience in agriculture is highly desired. Must have experience with ERP and/or SAP.
