A local food and beverage manufacturer in the Greater Philadelphia area is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team, where you'll be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our production and facility equipment.

This role involves a variety of tasks from installation to emergency repairs, all while adhering to safety protocols and company standards.

In this job you will : - Perform emergency and scheduled repairs of production equipment to minimize downtime.- Troubleshoot and repair PLC control systems, VFD drive systems, motor controls, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on machinery and plant facilities, including lubrication and part replacement.- Interpret equipment manuals, work orders, and schematics to perform required maintenance and service.
• Keep accurate work records and preventive maintenance logs, utilizing computer systems and MS Office Suite.- Follow lockout / tagout procedures and perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
• High school diploma / GED or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience.- 4 years of manufacturing experience;

strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills with strong PLC experience.- Convey Belt and Tracking Knowledge- Knowledge of Bulk Pneumatic Systems a plus- Welding, Tig, Mig or Stick welding and brazing capabilities a plus..
