JOB SUMMARY :
As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.
Your main focus will be on promoting our roofing services, educating potential clients, and closing sales deals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Prospecting and Lead Generation :
Reach out to potential customers door-to-door in residential areas.
Generate leads through effective communication.
Utilize marketing materials and product knowledge to generate interest.
Customer Engagement :
Understand customers' roofing needs and concerns thoroughly.
Build rapport and trust with homeowners through professional interactions.
Sales Presentations :
Highlight the benefits of our roofing solutions and address customer inquiries.
Proposal and Contract Negotiation :
Prepare detailed proposals tailored to customer preferences.
Clearly explain contract terms and secure signed agreements.
Relationship Building :
Foster positive, long-term relationships with customers.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project transitions.
Sales Reporting and Goal Achievement :
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
REQUIREMENTS :
Valid driver's license.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of independent work.
Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections persistently.
Familiarity with the Austin, TX residential market is advantageous.
