Pay Rate : per hour
Shift : Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4 pm
As a Customer Service Representative, your duties will include :
- Answering phone calls regarding orders
- Creating new orders in the system
- Researching and locating open orders in the system
- Conducting system research and coordinating with team members and facilities for open orders
Preferred qualifications :
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in Spanish / English
