Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Assistant Deli Manager to oversee our deli operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and possess excellent leadership skills.

Duties:
- Manage daily deli operations including food preparation, cooking, and serving
- Ensure high-quality customer service is provided at all times
- Train, supervise, and schedule deli staff
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase deli sales and profitability
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably in a deli, or catering setting
- Strong knowledge of shift management
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
