Windows Of Wisconsin is Hiring an Outside Sales Representative Near Kaukauna, WI

This is a great opportunity to earn an excellent income and enjoy flexible hours. In-home sales experience preferred but not required. This position holds six figure income potential for successful employees. Benefits include a company vehicle, health insurance and short term disability.

If you are honest, have excellent communication skills and are willing to give it a dedicated effort, you will likely make a six figure income. This position is a commission-based role, typically starting around $80,000 per year, but there is no ceiling on earning potential.

Windows Of Wisconsin Inc. has been a successful home improvement business for the last 26 years. We are one of the most reputable and largest installing window dealers in the Appleton and Green Bay areas. This is a great opportunity to work with a company that offers the latest in window technology and unique products in protected territories.

Windows Of Wisconsin will supply you with leads, a nice showroom for demonstrations, a company vehicle, set the appointments, and train you on a proven system to help you close sales and make money! Our sales system is very open, it is not a scripted pitch. We do not believe in high pressure sales tactics, instead we take a consultative approach to solving the customers problems. Many of our appointments are referrals and repeats.

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, organized, sales professional to join our team at Windows Of Wisconsin. The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication skills, verbal and written and be willing and able to provide consistent, professional consultation services to our prospects and customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • In-home window and door demonstrations
  • Correct pricing of all products sold
  • Consistent and reliable follow-up after the sales appointment
  • Assist customers that come into our showroom
  • Learn our sales system
  • Be a professional representative of our company
  • Willingness to work rotating Saturdays to handle customer traffic
  • Consistent, elite customer service following up on sales, even post-installation
  • Attend customer walk-throughs after installations are complete, all company meetings that are relevant to them, trade shows, and other events as needed

Pay: From $100,076.00 per year
