Description
We are looking for someone to work in our administrative office as a customer service representative for our operations in Kansas City. This position will be handling customer service calls by phone, following up with accounts, bill collecting, customer retention, setting up long term rental contracts in stores, and administrative duties. The position is full-time and includes benefits such as Health, Dental, Vision, 401K Matching, PTO, Sick Time, Vacation, Well-Pay Bonus, Employee Appreciation Events, and Rental Discounts. The schedule will be mostly weekdays, 7am-4pm, with regular intermittent weekend hours being required. If interested, please submit your application.

Responsibilities include:
- Account receivables
- Collections
- Customer service
- Long Term Rentals renewals
- Filing
- Vehicle Licensing and Registrations
- In-fleeting
- Other administrative duties as needed
Requirements
1 year customer service (call center experience is a plus)
Excellent verbal and written skills
Prefer experience in sales, collections, account management, or customer retention
Valid Driver's License
Good motor vehicle record in the last 3 years
Ability to submit to a background check and and a drug screen
