Digital Marketing Producer

Responsibilities:
● Review dealership websites and submit bug fixes to 3rd party website hosts.
● Maintain internal website issues or change reports.
● Update content on dealership websites using WordPress.
● Check 3rd party websites (cars.com, Autotrader, etc.) pricing to ensure accuracy.
● Check website forms to ensure leads are showing up in the CRM.
● Reply to blog comments on Kia, Mitsubishi, and Nissan properties.
● Monitor and reply to customer reviews.
● Conduct keyword research for monthly Blog posts for Kia, Nissan, and Mitsubishi
● Create monthly website banners using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.
● Create video content for YouTube, TikTok, and Reels.
● Create bi-monthly email blasts and report on the metrics.
● Submit creatives to OEM for pre-approval.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in design, communications, or related field.
· Strong knowledge of computer software that is related to the web.
· Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
· Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Ability to troubleshoot and find a resolution.
· Ability to create and edit videos.
