TBG is Hiring a Collections Analyst Near Kansas, KS

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting Clients: Reach out to clients regarding past due balances, providing courteous reminders and discussing payment options.
  • Client Activity Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, including communication history and payment arrangements.
  • Appeals Preparation and Submission: Prepare and submit appeals to clients for outstanding balances, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Collaboration with Billing Department: Work closely with the billing department to reconcile accounts, address discrepancies, and streamline collection processes.
  • Collection Trends Analysis: Identify trends in past due accounts, propose strategies for improvement, and contribute to overall debt recovery efforts.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred)
  • Previous accounts receivable experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
  • Legal billing experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
