The Customer Care Representative is a full-time opportunity and available for immediate hire. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with great customer service skills and the ability to handle high volume work as well as one-on-one customer interaction.

· Outstanding communication skills, time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task is a must

· Excel in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple phone lines

· Outstanding customer service skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel

· Geographic understanding of Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbia is a must

· Mechanical knowledge and Management Technology America (MTA) system skills are a plus; (MTA is Alliance’s billing/services application)

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Handling incoming service calls via phone and email

· Dispatching/scheduling service calls to technicians from our Management Technology America (MTA) system

· Creating, sending and receiving “Do” Forms

· Input of new Customer Preventative Maintenance agreements/ ordering necessary parts and scheduling with customers/technicians

· Maintain Service Management System (MSSD) screens in Management Technology America (MTA) by updating/segments/coding work orders and invoicing them.

· Centralizing customers through Crown Equipment website

· Processing credit card transactions online

· Posting technicians labor in Management Technology America (MTA)

· Filing warranty claims with vendors

· Maintaining Daily Tech Board
