Release Train Engineer / SAFe specialist
NJ - Hybrid
The Release Train Engineer (RTE) facilitates the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) agile release processes and program execution, escalates impediments, manages risk and drives program-level continuous improvement.
RTE's are responsible for facilitating program level work within the SAFe framework.
Essential Knowledge and Expertise :
Excellent communicator (verbal and written)
Expert in agile project management
Strong understanding of DevOps and Continuous Delivery
Self-organising, disciplined and analytical
Highly collaborative with very strong Stewardship approach
Support product owners with various requirements gathering and scrum activities as needed
Actively participate in guild(s) related to SAFe and related practices
Coach team members and other stakeholders in SAFe and Agile practices, as needed
Help with team adoption of development industry and departmental best practices and processes related to SAFe
Facilitates ART level ceremonies such as PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Sprint Demos, Inspect and Adapt
