• Take ownership of the shift and show pride in your results
• Hold changemakers accountable for PLNT Burger standards and procedures
• Ensure excellent food quality and consistency
• Always find the yes - provide best in class hospitality
• Execute team huddles to ensure all changemakers are set up for success
• Complete daily and weekly checklists
• Coach and develop your changemakers into future PLNT leaders
