Job Title: Human Resources Assistant (Part-time)

Where: Office of State Courts Administrator, Jefferson City, MO

Hours: 20 hours per week

Hourly rate: $16.41

The Office of State Courts Administrator is seeking a part-time employee to assist with various data entry, such as E-Verify entries, data entry into SAM II HR, data entry into the Statewide Employee Benefit Enrollment System and various Excel spreadsheets. Duties may also include composing and sending routine correspondence and contacting courts partners, as needed.

Hours may vary but will not exceed 20 hours per week. Position is not benefit eligible.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Thorough knowledge of business English, spelling, punctuation and arithmetic.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others in a tactful and courteous manner.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to review documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Ability to complete assignments accurately within specified timeframes.
• Skill in the operation of a computer and other office equipment.

Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from high school or GED equivalent

Preferred Qualifications: HR and/or SAM II experience preferred.
