Purpose
This position requires a detail-oriented person skilled to work independently, innovatively and efficiently in a fast paced environment handling multiple responsibilities and meeting multiple deadlines.
Must be able to analyze and research system data to gather information. Coordinates administrative activities to support Regional Sales and / or Parts & Service Managers.
Major Responsibilities
Perform analysis of assigned department data such as daily sales reports utilizing Excel and SAP & CAARs. Create and distribute structured reporting of analysis as directed by management, i.
e., daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

The ability to discuss these results and explain them to dealership personnel is necessary.
Authority
Acts as gate keeper for dealer requests regarding incentive adjustment requests, STAR Program adjustments, etc.
Education
Must be a high school graduate
Bachelor’s degree preferred

Two to four years of administrative level work experience.
