We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic and inspirational HR Administrator to join our growing New York Team!

With the three business segments of Airline Catering, International Event Catering, and Restaurants, Lounges & Hotels, DO & CO offers gourmet entertainment all over the world. We operate in 32 locations, 12 countries and 3 continents, maintaining the highest standard of quality in both our products and services. We refine the classics, develop the unknown and grow constantly – sometimes beyond our own expectations .
Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with new hire orientations, preparing onboarding materials, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Managing employee files, updating HR databases, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Addressing employee queries and concerns and escalating more complex issues to senior HR staff. Assisting with basic employee inquiries regarding timesheets, payroll, benefits, and login support as needed.
  • Distribute physical and digital training material.
  • Assisting in the preparation of HR reports and analytics for management review.
  • Prepare monthly compensation and attendance spreadsheets. Prepare ad-hoc reports (e.g., on expenses)
  • This position is categorized as a full-time weekend HR Admin . The requ ired scheduled days of work are Thursday – Monday.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a HR Clerk, Coordinator, or similar positions within an HR department.
  • Comprehensive grasp of HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, and compensation procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite required . F amiliarity with HR M anagement S ystems (HRMS) and /or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
  • Strong organizational abilities and adept time-management skills.
  • Fundamental understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Associate's degree in administration or a related field preferred. BA in Human Resources is a plus.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
