Insight Global is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their client in Jacksonville, FL (5 days a week onsite). This individual will be responsible for the growth and development of the company's internal recruiting department and the loan officer's team. Once these teams are built out, the role will involve more strategic planning and team management. Some additional responsibilities include:

- Developing and overseeing the internal recruiting team

- Developing and overseeing recruiting practices and processes

- Partner up with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop appropriate pipelines

Must-haves

- Bachelor's Degree

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a recruiter

- Previous experience building and growing teams

- Previous experience creating, implementing, and overseeing recruiting strategies, tools, and pipelines

Plusses

- Previous experience working with mortgage companies or loan officers

Annual Compensation: $150,000 - $220,000

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
