We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a positive candidate experience. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of recruitment best practices.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals, leveraging innovative sourcing techniques, employer branding initiatives, and talent acquisition technologies.
  2. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job requisition intake, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding, ensuring timely and quality hiring.
  3. Continuously review and optimize recruitment processes, tools, and systems to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and improve the candidate experience. Implement best practices and standards to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  4. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track recruitment performance, analyze data trends, and generate insightful reports for management review. Use data-driven insights to drive decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers, department heads, and HR partners to understand hiring needs, establish recruitment priorities, and develop effective sourcing and selection strategies tailored to each role and business unit.
  6. Champion a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and a personalized approach to engage and attract top talent.
  7. Work closely with marketing and communications teams to enhance employer branding efforts, promote the company's culture and values, and attract diverse candidates.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in full cycle recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  2. Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment operations, including team leadership, process optimization, and strategic planning.
  3. Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition technologies.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  7. Front-end and Back-end user knowledge of Bullhorn CRM (preferred)
