Location:
- This role is remote and requires the candidate to be based in Jacksonville, FL.

- Availability to work a schedule ending no later than 10 pm Eastern Time, either Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday.
- Proficiency in data entry.
- Access to a Windows 10 PC.
- Internet connection with a minimum of 24 mbps upload and 24 mbps download speed.
- Must be Ethernet connected.
- A USB headset that is Avaya compatible for handling incoming customer interactions is essential.
- Documenting calls accurately and efficiently.
