Job Description Summary:
The Field Specialist is responsible for providing care for our clients as needed during their assigned schedule. This position is responsible for starting new cases, filling in for current caregivers, training new employees, and being a mentor to our field team. The Field Specialist will be expected to go to all assigned shifts in any location within the BrightStar Care territory including the BrightStar Care office.
