ResultsCX is Hiring a Healthcare Customer Service Representative Near Jacksonville, NC

We are currently looking for Healthcare Customer Service Agents that would be the perfect addition to this team! Our agents will support members, providers, and pharmacies with their inquiries on Client plan's and pharmacy matters.
Here are the basics:
- This position is full time, permanent, and would start on site this June
- Our team works on site for their 8 hour shift Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00am-10:30pm EST
- Starting pay is $13/hr during training, and $14 once you graduate training!
