We are seeking the BEST sales and relationship management talent to become an integral part of our team! As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in empowering insurance agents to maximize their digital marketing dollars and grow their own book of business..

We are looking for Account Managers who thrive in a results-driven sales environment while receiving recognition and comprehensive base and commission pay. You will be surrounded by a team comprised of individuals who have built their careers at SmartFinancial, who consistently set higher benchmarks and continuously strive to set the standard for sales in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

• Sell to existing accounts within the insurance industry
• Develop and strengthen relationships with assigned accounts
• Make 100-150 outbound calls/day to pitch and sell our product
• Schedule and go through demos of our product
• Reach agreed upon revenue targets based on client retention by the deadline
• Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
• Network and build relationships with the client base
• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
• Maintain, grow and optimize existing accounts for revenue through discovery, communication, and rapport building
• Adapt our product recommendations to suit the agents’ needs by asking discovery questions and handling objections
• Identify products that best fit each client's individual needs
• Consistently follow-up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, consult on new features and provide a best-in-class customer experience

Qualifications:

• 3 years experience in sales
• Experience in relationship management
• Insurance producer experience a plus
• Strong phone sales skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to build rapport with clients

Earn a competitive base salary, plus UNCAPPED commission based on your performance.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
