Overview:
Puente Hills Subaru is seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as a Service Business Development Center Representatives. As a BDC Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving service business and providing extraordinary customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for the automotive industry.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective service customers
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text
- Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership
- Follow up with potential leads to convert them into service opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system
- Collaborate with service team
- Provide extraordinary customer service throughout the service process
Ideal Candidates:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with automotive service processes and terminology is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
- Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
