Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to join our team. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves managing relationships, program development, and supervising staff to ensure the successful delivery of services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate program activities for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate program goals and objectives
- Supervise program staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Conduct administrative tasks such as budgeting, reporting, and record-keeping
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance program effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in behavioral health and social work
