Job Summary:
The Director of Marketing at Indy Roof and Restoration is responsible for increasing brand awareness and driving increased lead traffic through a best-in-class, omni-channel approach. This role incorporates critical thinking, creativity, and people leadership to strengthen our strategy and accomplish primary or better results.
Essential Functions:
Drive forward thinking and innovative marketing concepts that that outpace competition in channels such as:
o Email campaigns
o Direct mail/ media
o Shared mail/ media
o SEO
o PPC
o Social media
· Collaborate with other teams in and out of the business to strengthen marketing capabilities.
· Develop GEO-targeted social media ads directed at consumers neighboring current customers.
· Lead social media manager and help them strengthen content ideas and deliver on a consistent posting schedule.
· Lead internal SEO/ Marketing campaigns.
· Create and manage, on an ongoing basis, PR opportunities with local TV and Radio networks.
· Executive produce podcast including; Helping find relevant guests, oversee video production and ensure deadlines are met.
· Develop marketing reports and tracking showing ROI and effectiveness of marketing channels
· Manage marketing budget.
