Indy Roof and Restoration is Hiring a Sales Advisor Near Bloomington, IN

Job Summary:

The Sales Advisor is responsible for delivering profitable sales and completed installations for Indy Roof and Restoration. Primary duties include delivering primary or better sales results, ensuring process is always followed, door knocking to bring in new business, running company-generated lead appointments, and seeing projects through to completion.

Essential Functions:

  • Delivers profitable revenue through sales and project management by

o door knocking

o relationship building

o social media

o running company generated leads

  • Conducts roof, gutter, siding, etc. inspections to educate the customer
  • Close deals related to insurance restoration, retail sales, and sells upgrades
  • Ensures work submitted is accurate, meets profit guidelines, and is complete on all new orders
  • Ensures Indy Roof and Restoration processes are followed, and ensures subcontractors also follow build-day guidelines
  • Communicates with other teams proactively on all matters
  • Resolves customer complaints
  • Identifies potential problems and points of friction, working to find solutions that maximize efficiency and quality
  • Complete all other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient with a high level of professionalism
  • Able to use MS suite

Physical Requirements:

  • Physical presence in the office for training and development
  • Must be able to sit without interruption for up to 2 hours. May be required to sit 6-8 hours per day
  • Vision must be sufficient to read text and view a computer monitor for 6-8 hours per day
  • Able to climb ladder and work in elevated heights

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
