Job Requirements:
- Manages, develops, and implements marketing activities to maximize sales.
- Analyzes brand performance, brand competitiveness, in the marketplace and develops strategies to grow brand efficacy based on research and analysis.
- Ensure brand consistency
- Lead tradeshow graphic presentation and Booth presence, working with the Product Management team
- Develop and implement various communications via internet, printed copies, banners etc.
- Work closely with the Product team on timing of product launch communications
- Drives social media efforts to drive sales and brand awareness
- Manages influencer program to strategically drive brand and sales efforts working with both Sales and Product Management teams.
- Develop product launch collateral
- Develop sales tools and collateral
- Create presentations, communications plans, corporate communications materials, media releases and provide event assistance.
- Strong positive attitude
- Experience driving both e-com and brick and mortar marketing efforts, while excelling at brand stewardship.
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager
- Experience in web design and content production is a plus
- Solid understanding of project management principles
- Working knowledge of MS Office; photo and video-editing software is an asset
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
- Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
- Proficient command of English
- Self-motivated team player
- BS/BA in public relations, marketing, communications or relevant field
- 5 years’ experience with Brand management
