ENVIRONMENTAL PEST MANAGEMENT is Hiring an Office Assistant/Receptionist Near Indiana, PA

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, answering customer inquiries, and assisting with various office tasks. This is a part-time position.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist visitors and clients at the front desk

- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary

- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors

- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

- Type and proofread documents as needed

- Provide customer support via phone, email, or in-person

Experience:

- Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
