Represent PC to assigned business unit as the primary contact.
• Coach management regarding recruitment, employee development, performance
management, policy interpretation/enforcement, benefits/total rewards, and
disciplinary/corrective action.
• Participate in the annual performance management process's development and delivery,
providing guidelines on salary increases adjustments and promotions.
• Partner with the business to manage all employee relations, including investigations of
complex employee issues and daily concerns.
• Maintain responsibility for all talent management programs for assigned business unit.
• Administer various employee benefits programs, such as group health, flexible spending
accounts, dental and vision, accident and disability, life insurance, 401(k), and wellness
benefits.
• Supports employees in management of workers compensation, ADA, FMLA and
discretionary leave.
• Coach the organization through PC Annual Cycle activity - Performance Review,
Compensation Planning and Employee Survey.
• Assist in the development and delivery of management and employee training on
compensation related topics.
• Uses understanding of business needs to help shape the PC Strategy and Objectives.
• Provide day-to-day people leadership of the team and create an environment that
accelerates development of PC talent.
• Supports the Business on the effective development, deployment and reward of resources
and talent in the business to achieve strategic and operational objectives.
• Manage employee communications.
• Review employee data and approves transactions in Human Resources Information System
(HRIS) to ensure data integrity necessary for reporting and analysis.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation
practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance
management, and respective federal and state employment laws.
• Completion of undergraduate core program in human resources, business or public
administration; 24 mos. exp. in human resources which included 12 mos. exp. in
supervisory &/or management principles & techniques.
• Or 4 yrs. exp. in human resources.
• Or 12 mos. Exp in a leadership role within Human Resources.
• Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
Preferred Education, Experience, and Certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or public administration.
• Experience working in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, or
other complex healthcare needs.
• SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management) Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or
SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential or ability to obtain certification
within two years of acceptance.

This position supervises PC Senior Recruiter, PC Generalist, and PC Coordinator

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to
4:30 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Travel is required, but primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and
overnight travel may be expected on occasion.
