Koinonia Homes for Teens (HFT) is seeking a qualified individual to serve as the Facility Administrator for its Behavioral Health Program in Loomis, California. The program serves up to 6 youth ages 13 to 18 years of age who require professional inpatient mental health treatment services. The Facility Administrator coordinates with a clinician to implement treatment plans for the youth. The Facility Administrator also supervises a team of professionals who provide direct care services for the youth, including an assistant to assist the facility administrator with day-to-day management of the home.

The ideal candidate will be a compassionate individual with good boundaries who has a passion for helping at-risk youth. They will also have good interpersonal and communication skills; good time management and organizational skills; be reliable and dependable; work productively under minimal supervision; have a high degree of integrity and confidentiality; have a reliable means of transportation; and a schedule that is flexible to meet work requirements. Must be at least 21 years of age (as required by state law). Must have a combination of education and experience to meet the qualifications of a GH administrator as specified in Title 22 Code of Regulations 84064. Generally, the qualifications are a master’s degree and one year of experience, a bachelor’s degree and two years of experience, or two years of college courses plus three years of experience.

Important Note:
Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background clearance through the Department of Justice and FBI as well as a pre-employment physical and TB test.
