Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors
• Review documents such as HAWB’s, BOLs and invoices in order to compute fees and charges due
• Keep records of support documents
• Resolve discrepancies in accounting records
• Contact vendors in order to obtain or relay account information
• Answer email and telephone inquiries regarding rates, routing and procedures
• Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintain over time

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
• Very good proficiency in various PC business software programs MS Excel

Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

Experience in transportation industry is a plus

Organization Relationships :

Report to Accounting Manager
