LHH is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Representative Near Hyde Park, NY
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks such as billing, payment posting, managing the aging, and assisting with light collections in the property management industry.
Responsibilities:
- Create and issue invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner.
- Apply payments received to customer accounts and process credit memos.
- Prepare account statements for customers to ensure transparency and clarity. Follow up on outstanding payments, resolve customer queries, and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage account balances and reconcile inconsistencies to maintain accurate financial records.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude towards new challenges.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proactive approach to
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting software—specifically YARDI and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
