This opening presents a short-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Preparing and presenting financial statements in a timely and accurate manner.• Conducting comprehensive analysis of cash flow and providing detailed reports.• Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and bank reconciliations.• Handling account reconciliation tasks efficiently.• Assisting in the preparation and control of budgets.• Recording journal entries in the general ledger.• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for various accounting functions.• Managing the month-end closing process.• Utilizing QuickBooks for accounting and financial tasks.• Communicating effectively in Spanish to cater to a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
