ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER
Quick Serve / Fast Food Restaurant Industry
Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for the success of the restaurant including interviewing, hiring, training, developing the work schedules, performance management, discipline, and making position assignments.
Also have full accountability and responsibility for the profit and loss of the restaurant while controlling labor, waste, cost, and inventory.
Orders supplies and ensuring that the restaurant is properly stocked. Customer service, employee satisfaction, restaurant cleanliness, and overall restaurant operations are also critical parts of this position.
Requirements :
