As an Inspector C, you will be responsible for inspecting parts to meet customer specifications and assisting the Quality Manager in related tasks with moderate supervision.

In addition, you will :

• Accurately perform hardness and other tests and record results as required.
• Complete conformance and other related paperwork; perform shop audits and or / reviews as required.
• Report any deviation, problem, or irregularity to the supervisor or management.
• Practices and promotes safety and good housekeeping.
• Perform other tasks as designated by position.
• This position is responsible for the care and treatment of our customer’s inventory and as such will perform duties safely and responsibly to prevent customer loss or damage.
• Must have the ability to report for work on time, follow directions, interact effectively with co-workers, understand and follow rules and procedures, and accept constructive criticism.

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications :

• This position must satisfy ITAR compliance requirements, therefore candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holders.
• Education High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum zero to two years in heat treating industry or related field.
• Must have a working knowledge of all testing equipment and terminology.
• Basic knowledge of commercial and aerospace materials and heat-treating equipment is desired.
• Must have some experience reading / interpreting blueprints, be detail-oriented, and possess manual dexterity.
• May be required to work overtime or any shift, including weekends.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain forklift operator certification.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience of computer applications including Microsoft Office and databases is required.
• Must demonstrate the ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language.
