Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities :
- Perform preventative maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis.
- Inspect belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, grease bearings, seals, etc.
- Repair or replace broken parts.
- Complete daily, weekly and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
- Complete equipment moves, projects, and rebuilds.
- LOTO Certified, Confined space, etc.
Qualifications :
- Industrial motors and motor controls
- CNC and PLC troubleshooting.
- Hydraulic / pneumatic experience.
- Industrial lift truck troubleshooting and repair
Industrial equipment preventative maintenance
5 years experience
