Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning of our facilities and equipment. Your expertise in electrical and mechanical knowledge, along with your strong leadership skills, will be essential in maintaining our high standards of quality and customer service. Responsibilities: - Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify any issues or potential problems - Perform maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and systems as needed - Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical malfunctions using diagnostic tools and schematics - Supervise and assist with the installation of new equipment or upgrades - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, parts used, and costs - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and minimize downtime - Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests Skills: - Proficient in English (verbal and written communication) - Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge - Ability to read and interpret schematics and logic controllers - Experience in welding and fabrication is a plus - Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise others effectively - Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting - Customer service-oriented mindset This is a great opportunity for a skilled Maintenance Technician who is looking for a challenging role in a dynamic environment.
