Here's what you'll be diving into:
Coordinating and filing global patent portfolios, including various applications and filings. Reviewing and organizing patent files. Preparing various legal documents and responses to office actions. Generating reports for clients to keep them updated on application and patent statuses. Conducting due diligence reports.
What you bring to the table:
In-depth knowledge of USPTO, PCT, and foreign rules and procedures. Understanding of IP docket and deadlines, with proficiency in ePCT. 5 years of hands-on IP experience, showcasing your expertise. Docketing experience, preferably with CPi software. Paralegal Certificate or degree is required; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
