Responsibilities:
- Manage on-premises and hybrid IT infrastructure according to policies and best practices.
- Oversee virtualization environments using vSphere and Hyper-V, optimizing resources.
- Administer Active Directory, leading migration projects and ensuring security.
- Implement network segmentation strategies for enhanced security and performance.
- Collaborate on hybrid infrastructure management, including Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Automate IT tasks using PowerShell and Python.
- Assist in creating and testing disaster recovery plans.
- Expertise managing Windows Server environments with AD migration experience.
- Proficiency in VMware and Hyper-V for virtualization management.
- Expertise in Active Directory administration.
- Experience with Intune for hybrid infrastructure management.
