Ultimate Staffing has a unique opportunity for a part-time Learning and Development Specialist in the Houston area. The position is a remote opportunity.
Objectives of this role
Use core instructional design principles and theories to maximize learning
Provide interactive activities and educational resources using Articulate 360, Storyline, and Rise
Update existing instructional content and keep up to date
Create stand-alone online courses for new topics
Skills and qualifications
In-depth understanding of instructional design models and learning theories
Ability to navigate learning management systems
Proficiency in course development software specifically Articulate 360, Storyline, and Rise
Basic understanding of HTML and Flash
Strong organizational skills
