Full job description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketer to join our team. As a Marketer, you will be responsible of building relationships with referral sources and the community. If you have a passion for marketing and a strong understanding of the healthcare marketplace, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and customer preferences
• Develop and implement marketing strategy
• Build relationships with multiple referral sources
• Meet weekly/monthly marketing quotas
• Contribute to the development and expansion of the business
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop effective sales strategies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in healthcare marketing
• Develops and maintains information on available community resources, and assists customers and staff in accessing services or information.

Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Previous experience in healthcare management or marketing, preferably in home health care
• Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements and restrictions in home health services
• Demonstrated supervisory and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills
• Demonstrated organizational skills, flexibility, assertiveness, and team orientation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• ​Strong organizational skills
• Must be bilingual (Spanish)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Per Refferred Patient

Expected hours: Set your own hours, at least 1 day in office per week

Schedule:

• Set Your Own Hours
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Work Location: On the road, Hybrid
