We are looking for an Outside Sales Manager! Ideal candidate will have experience in Hospitality Industry and a strong Sales background. As an Outside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and has a passion for sales and customer service.
Responsibilities:
· Manage all prospecting and lead generation
· Schedule and conduct sales presentations (in person and virtual) with leads and prospects
· Organize client meeting presentations
· Business onboarding
· Pricing negotiations while working with the revenue management team
· Serve as point of contact for new accounts, maintain and grow existing accounts.
· Accompany sales teams in annual trade shows, conferences, key meeting presentations
· Operate all sales programs successfully and in a timely fashion.
· Attend weekly sales meetings
· Attend weekly manager meetings
· Participate in projects and serve as manager on duty while at property
· On call
· Other duties assigned by management

· Inside sales experience is a plus

2-year degree
Sales experience
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, & Word
Willingness to travel
Sales minded; team-oriented
Optimistic, high energy, and motivated
Dependable, accountable, and detail oriented
Highly organized, capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks
Knowledge and experience with hotel operating systems is a plus
