Job Summary: NutraCo, a leading provider of dietitian staffing solutions, is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Hollywood, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding qualified dietitians to meet the staffing needs of our clients in the Long Term Care industry. This role requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the dietetics profession.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top dietitian talent, utilizing various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific client requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with dietitian candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans to fulfill those needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and other selection activities, providing timely feedback and updates to candidates and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in dietitian recruitment and staffing.
  • Assist with developing and refining job descriptions, candidate profiles, and recruitment materials to attract and engage top talent.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support talent management initiatives, including employee retention, professional development, and performance management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Nutrition/Dietetics, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably in the healthcare or staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of dietetics and nutrition concepts, credentials, and professional standards preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with candidates and clients.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), MS Office, and online sourcing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
