Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC mill machines to produce precision parts.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC mills to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to ensure accurate production
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes

Qualifications:
- Experience in CNC machining, particularly with milling machines
- Proficiency in using tools such as micrometers for precise measurements
- Knowledge of CAD software, SolidWorks is a plus
- Familiarity with quality control processes to ensure product accuracy
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and adjustments

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in assembling and setting up tooling for CNC operations
- Familiarity with press brake machines
- Understanding of machining principles and techniques

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
